This thick and thin yarn is a combination of one strand of Borocera Silk handspun in Madagascar and one strand of Ethiopian Cotton handspun in Ethiopia. These strands are sent to Handspun Hope in Rwanda to be dyed and plied. The same natural dye is applied to both yarns, but because they are different fibers they take the dye differently.
